Uninterrupted support for Naval Sea Logistics Center for NAVSEA Information Technology Support Services This pre-solicitation notice is hereby issued in accordance with FAR 5.101. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Naval Sea Logistic Center’s (NAVSEALOGCEN) intent to negotiate a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) sole source bridge contract with Orbis Sibro Inc, dba ORBIS (ORBIS), 238 Albemarle Rd Charleston, South Carolina 29407-7522. This bridge contract will include one 6-month base Period of Performance (PoP) and one 6-month option PoP. The bridge contract is estimated to start 9 November 2026.
