I. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for qualified firms to provide Armed and Unarmed Security Officers Services for the Western Tidewater Community Services Board Crisis Stabilization Unit for essential permanent and/or temporary security officer services as required by Western Tidewater Community Services Board on an “as needed and requested basis” in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in the Request for Proposals (RFP).During the contract term and any and all extensions, the contractor shall provide the goods/services described in the contract.
