The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified sources to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for a complete, supplier-hosted cloud solution for the development, dual-mode delivery, scoring, administration, and reporting of Virginia’s modernized assessment program for the Virginia Department of Education (“VDOE”, or “Agency”), an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
