About this opportunity
The work shall include, but shall not be limited to, a comprehensive Drug & Alcohol Testing Program for the City of Salem covering two primary testing populations: (1) DOT/FMCSA-regulated testing for employees holding a Commercial Driverâs License, in full compliance with 49 CFR Parts 40 and 382, including applicable FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse requirements; and (2) non-DOT pre-employment and policy-based testing for City employees, including employees classified as safety-sensitive. Services include random-pool administration, collection services, laboratory analysis, Medical Review Officer services, recordkeeping, and reporting, as described in the Scope of Work.
