RFQ 711024: Rehabilitation of Storm Water Management Detention Facilities

The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to construct the Rehabilitation of Storm Water Management Detention Facility Structures BC26, BC38 and BC124 (the “Project”). The facilities are located at separate locations throughout Loudoun County. The structures generally consist of Corrugated Metal Pipes (CMP) with concrete control structures and manholes with ladders for entering and exiting the facilities.
