U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS (USACE), PORTLAND DISTRICT (NWP) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9127N26QA135 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for the purchase of twelve (12) centrifugal pumps with induction motors, reference the purchase description, transformer drawing and attached solicitation for the specifications. This purchase is to replace the transformer's current pumps, which are the orginal. For informational purposes only, original manufacturer was Allis Chalmers, type XGHT.. This solicitation is advertised as a 100% small business set aside, under NAICS Code: 333996 - Fluid Power Pump and Motor Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,250 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. Questions are to be submitted to Raymie.L.Briddell@usace.army.mil and Darrell.D.Hutchens@usace.army.mil, NLT 2:00 PM PST on 05 AUG 2026. All questions related to this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Mrs. Briddell, questions will not be responded to by phone. Quotes are to be submitted to Raymie.L.Briddell@usace.army.mil and Darrell.D.Hutchens@usace.army.mil, NLT 4:00 PM PST on 13 AUG 2026. Delivery Information: Supplies shall be delivered to Detroit Dam, 40990 Highway 22, Mill City, OR, 97360. The Government shall not be responsible for the cost of shipping to Detroit Dam. Deliveries must be made Monday-Thursday between 0700-1600, except for Federal Holidays. The Government shall not be responsible for the cost of shipping to Detroit Dam. Submittal Instructions: Quotes will be submitted to Raymie.L.Briddell@usace.army.mil and MUST include the following: UEI Number: Cage Code: Contractor Name: Confirm Payment Term (net30): Point of Contact with (email & phone) Lead time (if applicable): Date Offer Expires (must be at least 30 days from closing): Technical Drawings / Schematics for the centrifugal pumps and motors. *Any quotes that are missing this information will be found “Non-Conforming to the Solicitation” and will not be evaluated for award.
