THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH REVOLUTIONARY FEDERAL OVERHAUL (RFO) 5.2 "SYNOPSIS OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTIONS." The statutory authority for this non-competitive acquisition is 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.103-1(b), Only one responsible source. Dredge Essayons uses a proprietary bow thruster system that includes the software, hardware, equipment, and bow thruster gear.
