About this opportunity

Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) for Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB) in support of a natural gas-powered combined cycle power plant (CCPP). The Government contemplates award of multiple firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts from this solicitation. The ordering period under each IDIQ contract will be approximately five (5) months or an aggregate not-to-exceed value of $8,950,000 for all contracts, whichever comes first. One Offeror will be awarded a “seed project” delivery order which will fulfill their minimum guarantee and will be issued concurrently with the award of the basic IDIQ contract.
