This is an invitation to submit a bid to Lamar County for the 2026 ROCK SPRINGS PROJECTS (including Rock Springs Road, Chappell Mill Road and High Falls Road) as indicated herein. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Chairman (in Lamar County Administration Building at the above address) up to 2:00 p.m., September 4, 2026 at which time they will be opened and publicly read. This project will be funded with 2026 LMIG and SPLOST funds. Construction includes Turn Lane Installations at 4 separate locations as outlined in different plan sets, Asphalt Patching, Shoulder Widening and Resurfacing on Rock Springs Road (0.99 mi), Chappell Mill Road (3.23mi) and High Falls Road (2.62 mi) within Lamar County.
