About this opportunity
The project to consist of approximately 22,500 sq. ft. The goal to provide suitable space for the clinical support staff that serve the inpatient units on the 5th and 7th floors. The support staff to include space for social workers, physicians, nutritionists, education staff. The majority of the renovation will result in offices, conference, storage, and staff workrooms, a clean and soiled utility rooms, reception area, lactation room, electrical closet, and restrooms. The clinical areas include EMG and NVC exam rooms. The existing Sleep Lab and Physical Therapy department currently located on the 6th floor are to remain on the 6th floor.
