THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 on behalf of Richmond Central Virginia VA Health Care System, is conducting market research for solid waste removal service including collection and disposal of all solid waste, garbage, and recycling. This notice does NOT constitute a request for quote. No formal solicitation document exists currently. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. The Contractor is responsible for the comprehensive management of the waste and recyclable materials to include program development and tracking, and marketing of the recyclable commodities to ensure the program objectives are met in the PWS. This contract will not cover hazardous chemical waste disposal or radioactive materials....
