The contractor shall provide all planning, labor, materials, equipment, supervision and expertise required for the complete seismic retrofit of Building 11 Laundry located on the campus of the Roseburg VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Roseburg, OR. The contractor shall refer to the Project #653-107, Seismic Retrofit and Renovate B11 Laundry plans and specifications for details on all requirements of construction.
