Downs Blvd., Tampa, Florida 33612, intends to solicit sole source to Lovell Government Services for a one-time service contract with Metabolon, Inc. for targeted metabolomics analysis of 104 total samples (64 plasma samples and 40 fecal samples) from a VA research study. This requirement is for an analytical research service only; it does not include the purchase of goods, equipment, software, or licenses. BACKGROUND: The project is titled "Amnion cell secretome mediated therapy for traumatic brain injury." The samples are from the aged VA r-mTBI/ST266 mouse cohort.
