Eielson Air Force Base (EAFB) requires a comprehensive baseline assessment, inventory, and engineering design to support a total modernization and expansion of the Vindicator Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Access Control System (ACS) infrastructure along with EAFB's associated Geographically Separated Units (GSUs). The contractor shall deliver an executable blueprint and finalized Bill of Materials (BOM) required to execute the full system overhaul in FY27. The contractor shall produce a fully executable, 100% Installation Design Plan (IDP) and requirements package.
