The Department of the Navy, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), is seeking to identify qualified and experienced business entities capable of providing comprehensive industrial, administrative, and logistical support for the SEA21I Inactive Ship Maintenance Offices in each of its three locations (Philadelphia, Bremerton, and Pearl Harbor).
