About this opportunity
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is conducting market research to identify alternative sources that (a) are capable of meeting NIST’s minimum requirements for the following commercial products and (b) would be interested in competing for that requirement: The Contractor shall provide one Microwave Induced Combustion (MIC) Package which meets the minimum requirements identified below. Technical Specifications: The contractor shall provide one (1) MIC package that includes parts that meet the specifications below: Full compatibility with existing Multiwave 5000 Digester system Rotor capable of operating at high temperatures (up to 300 °C) and high pressure (up to 80 bar) for digestion of samples for evaluation via ion chromatography and other methods Parts allowing f...
