GSA announces an opportunity for a Federal art commission in conjunction with the modernization of the Land Port of Entry located in Highgate Springs, VT. GSA is designing and constructing a new facility capable of handling the increased traffic at the port which is located across the U.S.-Canada border from St. Armand, Quebec and adjacent to Lake Champlain.
