1. PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT: This amendment formally transitions this requirement to a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6. This action is taken under the authority of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), applying simplified commercial procurement procedures up to $9 million.
