About this opportunity

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) intends to issue a solicitation on a sole-source basis to MedShock Analytics, LLC, (Dr. Rachel Lance), 530 Wellingham Dr., Durham, NC 27713. CPSC has identified only one vendor with the necessary equipment capable of mimicking human breathing while testing these types of snorkels. The purpose of this requirement is to perform a comprehensive engineering and physiological evaluation of full-face snorkel masks to address critical safety concerns regarding product design and user health.
