About this opportunity

This is a sources sought announcement in accordance with FAR 15.101 and in anticipation of a potential future procurement program. PSNS&IMF is conducting market research to determine industry capability and interest in performing non-SUBSAFE preservation. The Government is seeking responses from sources that can perform depot level preservation, such as coating removal, surface preparation, coating application, anticipated to begin in December 2026. The Government is providing a preliminary notice and draft summary of work to take place during the availability. It is noted that the work summary is a preliminary draft and it is possible that the Government will modify the work package before the solicitation is released.
