About this opportunity

This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). The Government is seeking information regarding the procurement of Woodward Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Support Services to support land-based testing of prototypical shipboard electrical systems. Specifications are listed in the attached RFI notice and Statement of Work (SOW). SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required materials described in the RFI and SOW. NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be submitted via email to jenny.e.tomeo.civ@us.navy.mil by 06:00PM EST, 25 August 2026.
