Banknote currency manufacturing occurs at the BEP Eastern Currency Facility in Washington, D.C. (ECF) and the BEP Western Currency Facility (WCF) in Fort Worth, TX. In support of these operations at BEP's District Currency Facility (ECF), located in Washington, DC. The BEP, Office of Quality Operations (OQO) has a need for a new Video Spectral Comparator (VSC) (also referred to as instrument, equipment, or system within the text of this SOW).
