DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Coast Guard requires services for a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform a structural repair and electrical distribution upgrade on a single USCG-owned power pole located on the property with a USCG Unit and Housing facility in Charleston, Oregon.
