12 August 2026 - Amendment 1 The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of the Army Records Management Directorate (ARMD), is issuing Amendment 0001 to the active Call for Solutions (CFS) under the Army Open Solicitation (AOS). This amendment incorporates the following administrative and technical changes: Technical Hosting & Architecture Realignment: Updated the CfS and Statement of Objectives (SOO) verbiage to clarify hosting boundaries. Government data, records, and metadata are authorized to be temporarily stored, processed, and transmitted within secure, accredited DoD Impact Level 5 (IL5/NIPR) and Impact Level 6 (IL6/SIPR) authorized cloud environments outside the Army-managed Microsoft 365 (M365) tenant, provided that secure API synchronization is maintained...
