The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Teel Technologies 22 Knight St Norwalk, CT 06851 for an acquisition of specialized advanced digital forensics workbench tools and equipment. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
