PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: AFTC/PZZC, 205 West D Ave, Eglin AFB, Florida 32542, intends to issue a sole-source solicitation directly to Delta Information Systems, Inc., for a Digital Video Encoder Firmware Upgrade. The Government anticipates award in August 2026, of a Firm Fixed Price contract. In accordance with RFO 12.201-1(c) and RFO 5.101(c)(4)(vii), this presolicitation notice is being posted prior to issuing a solicitation directly with the supplier.
