This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a firm-fixed price (FFP) request for quotation (RFQ) for giant voice system parts as follows: 15 ea. SD400 Whelen speaker drivers, 3 ea.
