Clarification responses are as follows. 1. Question asked: [Delivery Terms] The RFQ indicates FOB Destination in Block 7, while the SOW states "Delivery shall be FCA Origin Factory." Please confirm which delivery term should be used for pricing. Gov. Response: Pricing shall be based on FOB Destination, aligning with Block 7 of the RFQ. The Government will clarify the SOW at the time of award to reflect FOB Destination. 2.
