The Deputy Program Acquisition Executive – Marine Corps (DPAE(MCA)) Program Manager Air-226 (PMA-226) Contracted Air Services (CAS) program is solicitating interest in a 10-year contract to provide Contractor Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) services to support the Stand Off Jamming effort. PMA-226 provides COCO aircraft to the Department of the Navy (DON) Fleet and Test customers. The primary mission of aircraft capable of performing SOJ services is to simulate a wide variety of airborne threats to train and to test/evaluate shipboard and aircraft squadron weapon systems operators and aircrew on how to counter potential enemy SOJ operations in the current Electronic Combat (EC) environment.
