PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The USPFO for Arkansas intends to issue a solicitation to secure non-personal services for comprehensive Industrial Hygiene (IH) Surveys across six (6) key maintenance and support facilities operated by the Arkansas Army National Guard (ARNG).
