PURPOSE: The Nashville District (LRN), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Commercial Construction Contract for paving at the Obey River Campground at Dale Hollow Lake. DESCRIPTION: This project is to be performed at the Obey River Campgrounds at Dale Hollow Lake located near 100 Obey Park Road, Monroe, TN 38573. Obey River Campground’s area of focus for this project consists of approximately 600 feet of roadway (average approximately 8-9’ wide) and parking area (approximately 150’ x 170’) to include 600 feet of curbing (4,250 sq. yards total) within Obey River Campground.
