The 410th CSB - RCO-Miami in support of USSOUTHCOM intends to award a sole-source contract to Mercury Marine Latin America & Caribbean under the statutory authority of Title 41 U.S.C. §1901(e)(2), as implemented by FAR 12.102(b) and FAR 6.104. The Caribbean Security Basin Initiative (CBSI) Technical Assistance Field Team (TAFT) requires brand-name Mercury Marine propulsion systems and supporting equipment to support vessel operational readiness for Caribbean Partner Nations.
