The City of Mableton, through a joint initiative of its Community Development and Economic Development Departments, is seeking a highly qualified multidisciplinary consulting team to provide integrated small area planning, urban design, redevelopment planning, market and fiscal analysis, and implementation services. The engagement will establish a coordinated, community informed framework for selected corridors, activity centers, redevelopment sites, employment districts, gateways, neighborhood transition areas, and emerging growth areas. The work must connect land use policy, housing, mobility, infrastructure, urban design, economic development, and implementation decisions.
