Alexandria City Public Schools (hereinafter “ACPS”) is seeking Quotes for the provision of a Consultant for Benchmarking Services. This engagement is to give the Board and incoming superintendent an objective benchmark of the district's current staffing structure, identify where operational efficiencies may exist, highlight areas that may warrant further investment, and inform potential strategic and budgetary decisions to improve student learning. This is a benchmarking and advisory study, not an audit; the emphasis is on actionable comparison and options, not on compliance findings.The selected offeror must be available for an immediate start.
