FDC PHILADELPHIA FY27 1ST QTR SUBSISTENCE/BREAD/MILK SYNOPSIS: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center Philadelphia, intends to issue solicitation 15B21726Q00000013 for the acquisition of subsistence food, milk and bread products. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing, FOB Destination with full delivery by DECEMBER 31, 2026. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center, 700 Arch Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19106.
