About this opportunity

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Global health Center, Division for Global HIV & TB International Laboratory Branch intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) for accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025:2017, ISO/IEC 17043:2023, and ISO/IEC 15189:2022 standards. The accrediting body must perform inspection activities pursuant to formal recognition of ILB as an accredited laboratory for these three standards. Accreditation provides independent validation that government laboratories are conducting their work according to documented procedures and internationally accepted quality standards.
