About this opportunity

Space Systems Command (SSC) is seeking information on how interested industry partners and a Consortium Manager (CM) could design, engineer, evaluate, and validate a secure, multi-node, multi-vendor continuous software development and delivery architecture. The Government is evaluating the feasibility of executing a No-Funds-Obligated (No-Cost) Prototype Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. § 4022. The primary technical objective of this prototype project is to test the viability of connecting commercially owned and operated secure facility nodes directly to secure Government cloud environments to enable scalable, secure DevSecOps pipelines.
