ATLANTA PUBLIC SCHOOLS CMAR Roof Replacement Projects Roof Technology Partners (¿RTP¿ or ¿Construction Manager¿ or ¿CM¿) invites qualified bidders to submit proposals per Roof Technology Partners¿ bid form. The projects are spread across the greater Atlanta Area. The schools will all be included in separate projects; it is expected that each school will be priced, and contracts will be awarded based on best value and ability to complete the scope of work. The scope of this project includes: demolition as specified, roofing, and edge metal installation.
