About this opportunity

The work shall include but may not be limited to the following: • Demolition of interior finishes, shop equipment, doors, partitions, etc. at Building 'A', Building 'A2', and Building 'T'.• Providing new partitions, doors, finishes, etc. at Building 'A', Building 'A2', and Building 'T' where indicated.• Providing new shop equipment and relocating existing shop equipment.• Providing replacement of existing HVAC system, vents, ductwork, and other mechanical equipment.• Providing new plumbing fixtures, piping, and connections.• Providing new electrical outlets and light fixtures. • Performing work in separate construction phases, as required for renovation of Owner-occupied spaces within areas of work.The work will take place within the NMCWRF, a 67 million-gallons-per day (MGD)...
