INTRODUCTION The Federal Correctional Institution at Bastrop, located at 1341 Highway 95 North, Bastrop, TX 78602, has identified four (4) buildings with severe interior damage resulting from prolonged water intrusion caused by long-term roof leaks. The continued moisture exposure has resulted in deterioration of gypsum wall systems, ceiling assemblies, suspended ceiling systems, and wood paneling. These conditions may present unsanitary and potentially hazardous conditions, including the possible presence of microbial growth and other hazardous materials.
