The Embassy of the United States in Panama will launch the solicitation in the System for Award Management (SAM) website when it is available. The U.S. Embassy in Panama requires mobile and data services, including voice and text for basic phones and unlimited data service for Smart Phones and Tablets, for official domestic and international use.
