The Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC), on behalf of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), Office of Supply Chain Management (OSCM), intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Koenig & Bauer Banknote Solutions SA, Avenue du Grey 55, 1018 Lausanne, Switzerland, for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) training. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR 13.501, Special Documentation Requirements.
