STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENT (SOR) FOR TITAN IMP440 IMPEDANCE MODULE-AUDIOLOGY EQUIPMENT VETERANS HEALTH ADMINISTRATION JULY 7, 2026 1. Purpose and Scope The purpose of this Statement of Work is to obtain competitive bids from qualified vendors (contractors) for the supply of three (3) Interacoustics Titan systems configured with the IMP440 Impedance Module for diagnostic/clinical tympanometry and acoustic reflex testing. The selected vendor shall provide a complete, turnkey solution including equipment, accessories, software, and services required for full, clinically useable operation at the customer s site.
