NOTICE OF INTENT The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute, intends to solicit and negotiate with Illumina, Inc. on a sole-source basis for preventive maintenance services for one (1) Government-owned Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencing system, Serial Number A01064. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract for the required commercial services. The anticipated contract will be awarded pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
