About this opportunity
This is a sources sought notice ONLY. The U.S. Government currently intends to award a contract on a SOLE SOURCE basis but is seeking vendors that may be able to fulfil this requirement to support a competitive procurement. Accordingly, the U.S. Government highly encourages all small businesses to respond to this source sought. The proposed sole source vendor is Direct Action Resource Center. The Contractor shall provide non-personal services to include a Program of Instruction. The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, management, equipment, materials, facilities, and services required to plan, coordinate, and execute a 7-day DA POI at DARC.
