The City of Smyrna, Georgia, is seeking to engage a qualified contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and incidentals necessary for the demolition of three former medical facility buildings and associated site improvements located at 3903, 3949, and 3969 South Cobb Drive SE in Smyrna, Georgia. Work includes demolition and removal of the buildings, parking deck, pavement, sidewalks, walls, fencing, trees, selected utilities, drainage structures, and other miscellaneous site features. The work also includes clearing and grubbing, erosion and sediment control, protection of infrastructure designated to remain, off-site lawful disposal of demolition debris, and backfilling of demolition areas.
