The City of Douglasville is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for the Brightstar Road at Brightstar Connector Intersection Improvements Project. This project includes a comprehensive upgrade of the existing intersection, with improvements to the traffic signal system, pedestrian facilities, pavement markings, and roadway signage. Major components of the work include installation of mast-arm traffic signal infrastructure, video detection, underground connectivity, sidewalks and ADA-compliant ramps, as well as new and extended striping, crosswalks, stop bars, and related signing and marking improvements.
