NOAA Southeast Fisheries Science Center (SEFSC) R/V Caretta Shipyard Repairs SITE VISIT Interested quoters are strongly encouraged to inspect the vessel and satisfy themselves as to all general and local conditions that may affect the cost or performance of the work. Failure to inspect the vessel will not constitute grounds for a claim after award. Location: NOAA Dock Facility 202 Delmas Ave. Pascagoula, MS 39567 The vessel will be available for site visits August 17–21, 2026, between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. CDT.
