NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE-SOURCE The Department of Veteran Affairs, Health Service Area (HSA) 2.1, Network Contracting Office 6, located in Hampton, VA 23667, intends to negotiate a new Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC), sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract for the acquisition of reagents, consumables, supplies, and maintenance services.
