Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22, intends to issue a Firm Fixed Priced contract under the authority of 31 USC §3304(a)(5), 38 U.S. Code § 8127(c), as implemented by RFO 6.103-5 (Authorized or Required by Statute) and VAAR 819.7008 (DEVIATION). The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22 intends to non-competitively award this requirement to Fidelis Sustainability Distribution, LLC. New Mexico VA Healthcare System (NMVAHCS) at Albuquerque, NM is requesting to upgrade the existing Wander Management System.
